Q & A
Shipping Policy
Products have to be shipped by local shipping methods eg. Waybill, Dispatch riders or Customer pick-up.
Vendor has maximum number of 72 hours after order has been placed to ship product to the Customer.
After 72 hours and product has not reached the Customer, Customer can apply for a refund to be processed.
Cost of shipping will be on the Customer and are not refundable.
Tailorbox does not encourage substandard products or advertising products that are not readily available.
Nevertheless on Customer request, Vendor can be given a time frame to produce a particular product for Customer
Refund Policy
Customers can get a refund if:
1. Product has not gotten to Customer after 72 hours of placing the order
2. Product is bad and cannot be replaced by Vendor
3. Customer notifies the Admin of any abnormalities within 48 hours of receiving a product
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE
1. Customer can cancel an order before it is shipped. Vendors should always confirm that the order is still valid before shipping any product.
2. Products can be exchanged for a Customer if Vendor has the right quality in stock.
3. In the case of an exchange, second shipping cost will be on Vendor if there was an error in the initial product shipped from the Vendor
4. If the initial product shipped was good but Customer decides to make changes in product then cost of shipping to and fro will remain on Customer
If considering that Vendor cannot provide a product for an exchange when the error is from the Vendor, a return and refund will be done in favor of the Customer and Vendor will sponsor shipping to get product back.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customer can return a product if:
1. Product is different from what is advertised
2. Product is same but a different colour from the colour advertised except agreed upon by both Customer and Vendor before shipping
3. Product is same but a different size from the size advertised except agreed upon by both Customer and Vendor before shipping
4. If product is bad or damaged before collection
In case of numbers 1,2 and 3, Vendor will become responsible for shipping to and fro for their errors
In case of number 4, Tailorbox advise that in as much as you are trading within your country, try to trade within your city or state. Vendors will have to take responsibility for any product spoilt from distant shipping or should hold the logistics company accountable for mishandling or damaging a product in their possession.
Tailorbox will not take responsibility for such products.
